Location: South Mumbai Company: Nandivardhan Group Experience Required: 610 Years Reporting To: Closing Head Website Link: https://nandivardhan.com/ Vertical: High-Rise Premium Residential Properties (2 Cr+ segment) Objective: As a Closing Manager , you will be responsible for converting high-intent leads into successful property closures. You’ll directly handle clients (HNI/Ultra-HNI), manage site visits, negotiate deals, and ensure end-to-end sales finalization for a premium high-rise residential tower. This role demands strong market understanding, real estate domain expertise, and exceptional closing skills. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-stage sales closures for leads in 2–5 Cr+ ticket size Conduct high-impact site visits with HNI/Ultra-HNI clientele Maintain strong follow-up discipline to convert VMs and site visits into bookings Negotiate commercial terms, payment plans, and offer customization (if applicable) Manage key brokers/Channel Partners for direct and referral closures Maintain updated CRM entries and generate daily/weekly reports Handle escalations tactfully and ensure exceptional buyer experience Lead closure negotiations during high-stakes deals; assist junior closers where needed Achieve individual quarterly revenue targets (12–15 Cr) Candidate Profile (Requirements): 8–12 years of real estate sales experience in the premium/luxury segment Proven closures in 2 Cr+ residential properties, especially in SoBo or Western Suburbs Worked with well-known brands/developers in Mumbai Excellent communication & presentation skills Impressive personality, strong relationship-building skills
