Job Title- Closing Manager

Experience- 2-5 years

Location- Pune (On-site)

Responsibilities

• Handle

  qualified leads

  from the design/sales team and guide them through the

  final decision-making process

  .
• Conduct

  consultations

  with clients to understand design expectations, budget, and timeline.
• Present project proposals, pricing breakdowns, and clarify deliverables.
• Manage

  negotiations

  and close deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth

  handover post-closure

  .
• Maintain CRM data — track client communications, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  closure targets

  .
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to improve client experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in

  sales, business development, or client servicing

  — preferably in

  interior design, real estate, or luxury retail

  .
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication — written and verbal (English, Hindi, preferred).
• High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
