Negotiate with Customer: Manage price discussions, payment terms, and final agreements in line with company policies. Communication Skills: Maintain clear, professional, and persuasive communication with clients and stakeholders. Project Knowledge: Stay updated on project features, legal documents, pricing, and timelines to deliver accurate information. Calculations: Prepare, explain, and verify payment schedules, loan eligibility, discounts, and other financial calculations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in real estate sales or closing management. Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
