Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer cum Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and adhere to deadlines while coordinating with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1.⁠ ⁠Site Supervision: - Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and specifications. - Monitor labor and subcontractor performance, ensuring productivity and quality standards. 2.⁠ ⁠Project Coordination: - Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors for smooth workflow. - Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials. 3.⁠ ⁠Quality Assurance: - Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. - Identify and rectify potential defects or issues in construction. 4.⁠ Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of site progress, daily reports, and material consumption. - Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. 5.⁠ ⁠Budget and Timeline Management: - Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within budget. - Plan and implement schedules to meet project deadlines. 6.⁠ ⁠Safety Compliance: - Enforce safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks to ensure a safe work environment. - Report and address safety hazards promptly. Qualifications & Skills •⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. •⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in site engineering and supervision, preferably in real estate projects. •⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. •⁠ ⁠Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans. •⁠ ⁠Excellent leadership and communication skills.
