About the Project

We are developing a premium residential project near Kadampuzha, designed to deliver world-class living standards with top-quality construction and modern amenities. We are seeking a Site Engineer who can ensure technical excellence, quality control, and smooth execution of construction activities on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely progress.
• Monitor project schedule and report progress, delays, and resource requirements.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
• Manage labor, subcontractors, and materials efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks at all stages of work – structural, finishing, MEP, and external works.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and statutory requirements.
• Assist the Project Manager in billing, measurement, and certification of works.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of site experience in residential/high-end housing projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of structural works, finishing, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of local building codes and statutory requirements.
