The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on-site, including managing personnel, ensuring quality control, and coordination with structural engineers and contractors. The role involves monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications Experience working on-site and managing construction activities Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and stakeholders Proficiency in quality control and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards Knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
