Site Engineer

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (High-rise buildings with basements)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction staff, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Oversee daily site progress and ensure work is executed as per schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Review, interpret, and implement technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Ensure timely availability and quality of construction materials, equipment, and manpower.
• Liaise with stakeholders including clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to maintain effective communication and resolve issues.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly site reports, including progress, manpower, and material usage.
• Monitor adherence to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols.
• Identify, report, and resolve on-site technical issues to avoid project delays.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Coordinate and assist in inspections with consultants, government authorities, and clients.
• Manage cost control at site level by minimizing wastage and optimizing resources.
• Verify contractor bills, work measurements, and certifications before submission.
• Ensure proper documentation of site records, drawings, approvals, and correspondence.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, execution, and handover activities.
• Conduct regular toolbox talks and enforce safety guidelines to maintain a zero-accident environment.
• Supervise concrete works, shuttering, reinforcement, finishing works, and MEP coordination in high-rise projects.
• Assist in testing and commissioning activities before handover.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
