Site Supervision l Regularly visit project sites to ensure work adheres to designs, quality standards, and safety protocols. l Identify and address any issues or potential delays on-site. l Ensure compliance with local regulations and permits. 3. Documentation and Reporting l Maintain project records, including progress reports, work schedules, and financial data. l Assist in preparing contracts, bids, and change orders. l Support the Project Manager in conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies. 4.
