Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning and Construction Management l Ensure Project Execution as per the drawings and specifications within budget and time. l Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. l Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager. 2. Site Supervision l Regularly visit project sites to ensure work adheres to designs, quality standards, and safety protocols. l Identify and address any issues or potential delays on-site. l Ensure compliance with local regulations and permits. 3. Documentation and Reporting l Maintain project records, including progress reports, work schedules, and financial data. l Assist in preparing contracts, bids, and change orders. l Support the Project Manager in conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies. 4. Communication and Teamwork l Act as a liaison between stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities. l Attend project meetings and provide inputs on project status and challenges. l Promote teamwork and collaboration among project team members. This role requires a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and leadership to drive business growth and project success. The candidate will also handle tendering, estimation, and procurement activities, ensuring projects are planned and executed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives. Ensure projects align with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets. Drive business development and manage client relationships. Project Management: Oversee planning, execution, and completion of multiple site projects. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines. Lead teams to meet objectives, resolve technical and operational challenges, and ensure high-quality outcomes. Monitor progress, address risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Manage suppliers and subcontractors to meet project schedules. Tendering and Estimation: Prepare detailed project estimates, including materials, labor, and other costs.
