Qualifications

MBA-HR
HR experience in construction industry
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Proven experience in recruitment, hiring and onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to strategically think and act as a business partner with the leadership team
Familiarity with applicable employment laws and regulations in India
Stong Communication and Writing Skills
