Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Ensure projects align with strategic goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Drive business development and manage client relationships.

Project Management:

  • Oversee planning, execution, and completion of multiple site projects.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Lead teams to meet objectives, resolve technical and operational challenges, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor progress, address risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage suppliers and subcontractors to meet project schedules.

Tendering and Estimation:

  • Prepare detailed project estimates, including materials, labor, and other costs.
  • Oversee the tendering process, including floating tenders, evaluating bids, and finalizing contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project requirements in the procurement process.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate estimation and tender submissions.

Financial Oversight:

  • Manage project budgets, P&L accountability, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor project costs, margins, and profitability while ensuring financial controls.
  • Address billing, certifications, and collection issues.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and motivate project teams to achieve goals.
  • Foster a productive, safe, and compliant work environment.
  • Delegate tasks, guide performance, and evaluate results.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as the primary liaison with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present project documentation, site visit reports, and meeting minutes.

Qualifications:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; additional qualifications in Project/Construction Management (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience, must in government projects. (CPWD, MES etc preferrable)
  • Experience in tendering, estimation, and procurement processes.

  • Head Office:

    Gurugram, Haryana (Sector 74A, DLF Corporate Greens).
  • Project Sites:

    Includes Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
