Seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, statutory compliance, manpower management, and administrative functions in a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong people leadership, policy implementation, IR handling, and employee engagement capabilities.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment & on boarding • Implement HR policies, PMS, compensation & HR operations • Ensure 100% statutory compliance PF, ESI, CLRA, Factories Act • Lead IR, grievance handling & disciplinary procedures • Drive training, employee development & retention initiatives • Oversee facilities, administration, transport, security & housekeeping • Maintain HRMS, payroll coordination, MIS & HR dashboards • Support audits, certifications & corporate HR processes • Partner with functional heads & drive organizational culture • Ensure smooth communication & employee relations across the plant
• 15+ years HR & Admin experience in manufacthe turing industry • Strong statutory compliance & labour law knowledge • Proven experience in IR, HR operations & end-to-end recruitment • Strong leadership, influencing & communication skills • Experience managing facility administration & vendor control • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS & documentation

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead the complete HR and administrative functions in an automotive high-pressure die casting manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure statutory compliance, effective manpower management, employee engagement, talent development, and smooth plant administration.
1. Lead HR operations recruitment, on boarding, induction & manpower planning
2. Ensure statutory & labour law compliance (PF, ESI, CLRA, Factories Act, etc.)
3. Drive employee engagement, training, development & retention initiatives
4. Manage PMS, compensation structure, HR policies & employee lifecycle
5. Handle IR, grievance redressal, disciplinary processes & union coordination
6. Oversee plant administration security, transport, canteen, housekeeping & facilities
7. Maintain HRMS, payroll coordination, documentation & MIS dashboards
8. Support customer/ISO audits, compliance & regulatory requirements
9. Strengthen organizational culture, communication & workplace harmony
10. Manage vendor contracts, contract labour workforce & attendance systems
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance & labour laws • Proven HR & Admin experience in automotive / manufacturing industry • Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills • Ability to manage cross-functional teams & multi-stakeholder coordination • Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, payroll & documentation • Strong employee relations, analytical & decision-making capability
