Job Description

Post Manager HR & Administration

Key Responsibilities:

HR & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry regulations (e.g., payroll compliance, PF/ESI/MLWF, Factories Act).
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with legal standards.
  • Conduct internal HR audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans.
  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready employee records, documentation, and statutory registers.
  • Oversee vendor and contractor compliance, including agreements and labor regulations.
  • Provide training to staff on compliance policies and workplace regulations.
  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations in accordance with legal guidelines.
  • Liaise with government bodies, auditors, and legal counsel as required.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
  • Manage payroll coordination, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Provide HR analytics, reports, and strategic insights to management

Administration

  • Oversee general office administration, facility management, housekeeping, and security.
  • Manage vendor contracts, AMCs, procurement of office supplies, and service providers.
  • Monitor office maintenance, utilities, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Manage travel arrangements, company assets, and administrative budgeting.
  • Ensure workplace safety, health and hygiene standards, and compliance with facility-related regulations

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and statutory compliance frameworks.
  • Experience managing audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and risk-management orientation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
