Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer cum Supervisor with a minimum of 5 years of experience to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and adhere to deadlines while coordinating with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Supervision: - Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and specifications. - Monitor labor and subcontractor performance, ensuring productivity and quality standards. 2. Project Coordination: - Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors for smooth workflow. - Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials. 3. Quality Assurance: - Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. - Identify and rectify potential defects or issues in construction. 4. Documentation: - Maintain accurate records of site progress, daily reports, and material consumption. - Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements. 5. Budget and Timeline Management: - Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within budget. - Plan and implement schedules to meet project deadlines. 6.
