About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and confident Client Relationship Manager to strengthen and manage relationships with our partner banks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client servicing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain a positive image of the organization while ensuring seamless coordination with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with banks and financial institutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and client calls to ensure consistent communication and engagement.

  • Managing team with their daily reporting, visit schedule alignment, query resolution with visits and documentation and drive them to deliver allotted task more efficiently.
  • Maintain consistency in data collection process..
  • Checking the valuation reports APF reports, LIE (Lender Independent Engineer) valuation Reports, Project Valuation reports of individual cases, prepared by junior officers.
  • Verify monthly reports (project monitoring, corporate and retail valuations), submit and co-ordination with Banks.
  • Ensure that assigned targets are met on time with no lapse in coverage of projects in the assigned region.
  • Visit, all subscribed projects at pre-determined frequency, collect data and update the same in the system.
  • This profile would require frequent travelling within the city and to other regions.
  • Knowledge of Technical due diligence is an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • B.Tech /M.Tech in Civil
  • 5+ years of experience preferably in real estate sector
  • Experience in Team Handling
  • Experience in executing retail valuation assignments
