Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager/Client Account Manager, your role involves managing new clients and onboarding them effectively. Your responsibilities include: - Managing new clients when finalized for delivery during the upcoming month: - Onboarding clients after a sale by conducting welcome calls and emails, creating accounts, and logging sales data - Discussing project requirements with customers and forwarding them to developers - Liaising with clients to address questions/clarifications from the development team - Delivering demos and compiling client feedback for the development team - Ensuring all monthly performance KPIs are achieved - Managing old projects: - Introducing Account Managers to clients for future requirements - Receiving and evaluating changes requested by clients - Communicating changes with developers - Approaching clients for reviews post-project delivery - Monitoring contract end dates and approaching clients for renewals In addition to the primary responsibilities, you will also be involved in bulk client reach-outs, reporting, collections, upsells & cross-sales, and monitoring various KPIs related to project deliveries, settlements, customer feedback, Google reviews, client references, and leads.
