Client Relationship Manager

Maintain and develop the strategic relationships with the Key Accounts Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with significant clients Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company. Resolving key client issues and complaints. Developing a complete understanding of key account needs. Anticipating key account changes and improvements. Coordination with HOD and client Coordination also with Purchase/ Production and store for delivery Getting clarifications / approvals on all branding and products Monthly visit to client ·   Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their demands and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on merchandising products Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office Hands-on experience with Zoho software is a plus Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Ready for outbound sales
