Job description Identify and pursue new business opportunities in uniforms and promotional merchandise across B2B sectors (corporate, institutional, hospitality) Build and maintain strong client relationships; serve as the primary point of contact for brand merchandise solutions Develop, present, and negotiate customized proposals and pitches tailored to client needs and brand goals  Translate client requirements into merchandising strategies, overseeing the entire process—from sourcing and sampling to production and delivery Coordinate with design, production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their demands and concerns Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on merchandising products Create frequent reviews and reports with sales Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Visits to client. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Ready for outbound sales
