Our team lives a Satwik lifestyle and operates with integrity, compassion, and a deep commitment to spiritual and physical wellness. 🎯 Role Purpose: To guide patients through their healing journey with empathy, knowledge, and care — ensuring smooth onboarding, timely follow-ups, and building long-term relationships that lead to sustained well-being and trust in the Soukhyam system. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: 🧘‍♀️ Patient Engagement & Support Educate new clients on Soukhyam’s philosophy and healing protocols. Assist patients with onboarding, registration, and understanding diet/lifestyle plans. Provide gentle reminders and follow-up for consultations and medicine purchases. Offer emotional support, listen empathetically, and connect with patients as fellow travelers in a healing journey. 📲 Communication & Coordination Maintain daily communication via WhatsApp, phone, and online platforms. Create and moderate awareness groups (e.g. “Food as Medicine” support groups). Coordinate with Ayurvedic doctors, product dispatch team, and support staff. 🧾 Sales & Service Guide clients in choosing suitable wellness packages, kits, and products. Uphold ethical selling — “Sales equals Seva” is your mantra. Help clients complete purchase journeys smoothly, ensuring satisfaction. 📈 Performance & Reporting Achieve monthly onboarding/sales target. Submit daily/weekly reports and attend review meetings. Suggest improvements in client engagement strategies. 🤝 Ideal Candidate: Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preference for Science, Nutrition, or Wellness background). Experience: 0–2 years in client support, sales, wellness coaching, or a similar role. Lifestyle Fit: Follows or aspires to follow a Satwik (pure vegetarian, non-addictive) lifestyle.
