Job Summary:

Client Relationship Executive (CRE)

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients visiting or contacting the branch.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail and corporate customers.
  • Understand client needs and proactively offer suitable banking solutions (accounts, deposits, loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.).

Sales & Business Development

  • Assist in achieving branch sales and revenue targets through cross-selling and upselling of banking products.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through referrals, walk-ins, and existing client base.

Operational & Service Support

  • Support the Relationship Manager or Branch Head in account opening, documentation, and onboarding.
  • Ensure KYC and other compliance requirements are met for all customer accounts.
