With over 1 lakh lives impacted globally, we guide people to reverse disease naturally—without hospital visits or chemicals. 🔍 Job Role: Business Development Associate (BDA) We are looking for motivated, purpose-driven individuals who are passionate about wellness, holistic healing, and ethical service to society. As a BDA, you will play a key role in spreading awareness, onboarding new patients, and supporting their wellness journey. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Identify and engage with individuals/families interested in natural healing Onboard new patients to the Soukhyam Online Clinic platform Promote preventive health consultations, lifestyle plans, and wellness products Build trust-based relationships through ethical follow-ups Maintain records of patient consultations, conversions, and feedback Participate in training sessions and daily team updates Maintain alignment with our healthy, vegetarian, and drug-free lifestyle values 💼 Required Skills & Qualities Strong interest in wellness, Ayurveda, or spiritual living Good communication and persuasion skills Self-driven and disciplined Basic smartphone and WhatsApp proficiency Field outreach/networking ability preferred (optional but desirable) 💰 Compensation Structure Base Salary: ₹15,000/month (based on meeting minimum targets) Performance Commission: Up to 23% of new revenue Follow-Up Bonus: Additional 5% on returning clients’ revenue Incentive Bonus: Extra 2.5% for top performers Phone Allowance: ₹0–₹3,000/month based on performance 💡 Top performers earn up to ₹50,000+/month with consistent effort. ✅ Eligibility Criteria Minimum education: MBA in Marketing or connected subjects Age: 20–45 preferred Willingness to learn and serve Must align with our healthy lifestyle principles 📢 Why Join Us?
