Senior Tele-sales Executive (Experienced/Promoted) 💰 Base Salary: ₹12,000/month 🎯 Target: Minimum 3 quality registrations per day (15/week) 💡 Incentives: ₹75 per quality registration ₹90 per registration if total > 50/month ₹100 per registration if total > 75/month 🧾 Definition: Quality Registration ✔️ Completed onboarding ✔️ Consultation fee paid ✔️ Added to CRM/Tracker properly 📅 Daily Discipline 🕖 Reporting Deadline: Every day by 7:00 PM, with the updated tracking file 🧠 Mindset: Ethical, compassionate communication aligned with our Wellness Mission 🧠 Hiring Notes We prefer values-driven freshers with excellent voice clarity and eagerness to learn.
