We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service, with excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with clients. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services. Follow up on leads and inquiries to generate sales and enhance customer relationships. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information. Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Promote new products or services to increase sales and market reach. Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective communication and persuasion techniques. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Good listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
