Role Overview:
We're on the lookout for a highly driven and client-focused Client Relationship Executive who thrives in a target-based environment and enjoys turning leads into long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:
 Engage with potential leads via calls, emails, and chats to understand their requirements
 Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients through effective communication and persuasion
 Explain company services clearly and professionally
 Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for cross-selling and up-selling
 Use CRM tools to track leads, manage client follow-ups, and maintain data accuracy
 Coordinate internally with operations teams for smooth client onboarding and support
 Meet monthly conversion targets and contribute to business growth
Required Skills:
 1–3 years of hands-on experience in sales, client handling, or business development
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills (strong command of email etiquette
is a must)
 Strong sales acumen and client-first attitude
 Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with KPIs and sales targets
 Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 Comfortable with a sales-focused profile and confident in client interactions
Preferred Qualification:
 MBA / BBA graduates with specialization in Marketing, Finance, or Business
Administration
 Experience in compliance, financial services, legal tech, or B2B service-based companies
is a plus
 Candidates based in Ahmedabad or nearby locations are highly preferred
