Client Relations Manager

About Nutrition by RichiNutrition by Richi is a fast-growing wellness and nutrition practice that specializes in women’s hormonal health, gut health, PCOS, thyroid management, and sustainable lifestyle plans. We offer personalized nutrition programs, consultations, and ongoing support to clients worldwide. We are looking for a Client Relations & Operations Executive who will be the backbone of our client experience—managing communication, scheduling, and backend operations with precision and warmth. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Support Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information about consultation plans, pricing, and booking processes. Guide clients through onboarding and program enrolment. Maintain a polite, empathetic, and supportive tone in all interactions. Scheduling & Coordination Manage appointment bookings, reschedules, and cancellations. Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth flow of consultations. Send reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups to clients. Backend Operations Maintain and update client records and progress logs. Coordinate with payment gateways and confirm successful transactions. Organize digital files, plans, and resources for client distribution. Handle basic reporting of consultations, payments, and client status. Growth Responsibilities (as role expands) Assist in managing backend processes like client database management, reporting, and automations. Support in handling social media DMs and funneling leads. Assist in streamlining and documenting workflows. RequirementsStrong written and spoken communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Calendar, Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Zoom/Meet, and basic CRM tools. Ability to maintain confidentiality of client health and personal information. Prior experience in client servicing, admin, or operations (preferred but not mandatory).
