We are looking for a Client Relations & Operations Executive who will be the backbone of our client experience—managing communication, scheduling, and backend operations with precision and warmth. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Support Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. Provide accurate information about consultation plans, pricing, and booking processes. Guide clients through onboarding and program enrolment. Maintain a polite, empathetic, and supportive tone in all interactions. Scheduling & Coordination Manage appointment bookings, reschedules, and cancellations.
