Position Overview
The Client Manager will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring project satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional service and strategic engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client management, sales coordination, or interior design project support, with strong communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client objectives, design preferences, and project requirements, and communicate these effectively to internal teams.
Coordinate between clients, design teams, procurement, and project management to ensure seamless execution.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage client expectations by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Seasun Group’s products and services.
Support business development initiatives and contribute to client acquisition strategies.
Ensure all documentation, contracts, and project records are accurate and up to date.
Monitor market trends and maintain a strong understanding of industry developments to provide informed insights.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in B.Arch, M.Arch, B.Sc Interior, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in client management, account servicing, or business development (preferably in the interior design, architecture, or real estate industry).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Design Software like Autocad, Skechup and CRM software.
Professional appearance and conduct with a focus on relationship building.
6-day workweek, including Saturdays and Sundays, with one weekday off.
Timings; 10.30am to 8.00 pm.
