About the Role

We are seeking a highly articulate, polished, and motivated Client Relationship Manager to be the face and voice of our organization in Kolkata. This critical role is centered on building and nurturing long-term partnerships with our key clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate must possess exceptional fluency in English—both written and verbal—to manage high-level, professional communication with business leaders and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, building deep and trustworthy relationships through regular engagement.
• Client Advocacy: Understand client needs, pain points, and strategic goals to ensure our services consistently meet and exceed expectations.
• Communication Excellence: Conduct sophisticated presentations, articulate complex solutions clearly, and handle all client correspondence with impeccable grammar and professional decorum.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve client concerns or conflicts efficiently and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base to contribute directly to revenue targets.
• Internal Coordination: Liaise effectively with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to streamline service delivery and project execution.

Qualifications and Skills

• Mandatory: Proven experience (2-5 years preferred) in client-facing roles, account management, or business development.
• Superior English Communication Skills (Written & Spoken): Must be fluent, articulate, and capable of holding high-level business conversations and drafting professional documents.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Polished Presence: Professional demeanor and outstanding interpersonal skills suitable for representing the company to top-tier clients.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
• A strong track record of retaining and growing client accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
