Roles and Responsibilities

Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Oversee industrial relations, maintaining positive relationships with unions and employees.
Ensure statutory compliance, including labour laws, workers compensation, and payroll management.
Handle union negotiations and labour welfare initiatives to promote a healthy work environment.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-17 years of experience in human resource management in the iron & steel industry.
Strong knowledge of contract labour management, labour laws, and statutory compliance requirements.
Excellent understanding of industrial relations principles and practices for maintaining positive employee engagement.
