Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and approach potential clients (companies with hiring needs) through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, networking, and field visits.
  • Present the firm’s recruitment solutions, service offerings, pricing structure, and value proposition.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into signed clients.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong follow-up and communication with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client hiring needs, industry dynamics, and pain points to offer customized solutions.
  • Serve as the liaison between the client and internal recruitment team.

3. Commercial Negotiation

  • Prepare proposals and negotiate terms such as commission structure, payment cycle, and hiring timelines.
  • Close deals within set revenue and margin targets.

4. Market Research & Reporting

  • Track industry trends, hiring demand, competitor activities, and market pricing benchmarks.
  • Maintain CRM or Excel trackers for lead funnel, pipeline status, conversion rates, and follow-ups.
  • Share daily/weekly reports with sales manager.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence in B2B sales and client interaction
  • Target-driven with a strong follow-up ethic
  • Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing models is a plus
  • Negotiation & commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and LinkedIn

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduate (Any Stream); MBA/PGDM in Marketing or HR preferred
  • Experience: 1–4 years in sales or business development, preferably in recruitment/staffing/HR services
  • Languages: English & Hindi fluency; regional language is a plus
  • Location Knowledge: Should be familiar with local corporate market & industrial zones

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹34,379.56 - ₹57,256.79 per month
