Client Acquisition Manager

As a Client Acquisition Manager at Rayon Capital, you will play a crucial role in expanding the Investment Banking division by acquiring new corporate clients for key services. Your responsibilities will include: - Actively prospecting and acquiring new corporate clients for Investment Banking mandates. - Focusing on structuring and selling solutions related to Debt and Equity Financing, including private placements, structured debt, and fundraising. - Driving acquisition for SME IPOs and providing advisory on Market Making strategies. - Cross-selling and advising clients on various corporate and transaction advisory services. - Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with corporate promoters, CXOs, and key decision-makers. To be considered for this role, you should have 2 to 6 years of experience in a client-facing role within Investment Banking, Financial Services, or Corporate Finance. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a qualification in Finance (e.g., MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent) is preferred. The compensation for this position ranges from Rs. 3.60 Lakhs to Rs. 6.00 Lakhs per annum, depending on experience and current CTC.
