We are hiring a dynamic Client Acquisition Manager to drive new business growth for our contract staffing and Global Capability Centre (GCC) services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and expanding our client base in the IT contract staffing and GCC sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, target, and engage potential clients in need of IT contract staffing and GCC solutions.
Build and manage a pipeline of high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key accounts and establish business relationships with decision-makers (IT heads, procurement leaders, etc.).
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets focused on new business acquisition.
Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, contract finalization, and post-sale engagement.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities using CRM tools.
Research the IT staffing and GCC market to understand current trends, client demands, and competitor offerings.
Develop tailored solutions and sales pitches that align with client needs in contract staffing and GCC services.
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new clients to ensure continued business growth.
Represent the company at industry networking events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services.
Collaborate with recruitment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and client experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related field.
8 12+ years of total experience in sales and business development, with at least 5 years specifically in IT contract staffing or GCC services in the Indian market.
Proven track record of acquiring new customers and closing deals in the IT staffing or GCC industry.
Strong understanding of the IT contract staffing landscape, including pricing models, industry trends, and client needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability and ownership.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in working with global clients and cross-cultural teams is a plus.
