Salesforce Business Analyst (Techno-Functional Role). Simpliigence is looking for a dynamic Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong techno-functional background to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This individual will play a pivotal role in understanding business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and working closely with both end-users and developers. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Salesforce-related initiatives. Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for enhancements, new features, and integrations. Analyze and optimize business processes using Salesforce functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom apps). Create functional specs and collaborate with developers to design and implement technical solutions using Apex, Workflows, Process Builder, and Flow. Perform impact analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support deployment activities. Develop and deliver training, documentation, and change management plans for end-users. Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and troubleshoot functional issues. Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst - Techno-Functional Consultant. Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, automation, and reporting. Ability to read and review Apex code and effectively communicate with development teams. Experience in working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce setup/configuration interface.
