Client Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Client Acquisition Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients for our digital marketing services. The role focuses on lead generation, consultative selling, and converting prospects into long-term clients by offering effective digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients for digital marketing services
• Generate leads through outbound sales, inbound inquiries, networking, and partnerships
• Engage with potential clients to understand their business goals and marketing needs
• Pitch digital marketing solutions including SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, and website solutions
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing plans tailored to client requirements
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet acquisition and revenue targets
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly
• Coordinate with internal marketing and execution teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and client feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development (digital marketing preferred)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with prospective clients
• Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a digital marketing agency
• Knowledge of performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Existing network or lead sources in relevant industries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
