Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote pharmaceutical products and take orders.
  • Regularly follow up with customers to ensure repeat business and resolve queries.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion rates as defined by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback using the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the field sales and dispatch/logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products based on customer needs and inventory trends.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated with ongoing schemes, new launches, and promotions.
  • Identify inactive customers and reactivate them through engagement and service support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,241.01 - ₹28,287.48 per month
