Key Responsibilities: Policy Management & Processing: Coordinate with insurance providers and clients for policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements. Maintain accurate records of client policies and investment portfolios. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure timely collection, verification, and submission of KYC and other regulatory documents. Follow up on missing documentation and compliance requirements. Data Handling & Reporting: Maintain, update, and manage large datasets in Excel. Generate MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards as required by the management. Client Coordination (Non-Sales): Communicate effectively with clients for follow-ups, updates, and clarification regarding their insurance or investment queries. Provide support to front-end teams by ensuring all back-end activities are efficiently handled. Internal Coordination: Liaise with various departments such as sales, accounts, compliance, and insurance partners to ensure end-to-end process efficiency. Key Skills & Competencies: Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Charts, Basic Formulas). Familiarity with CRM software or back-office systems is a plus. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Ability to explain technical details clearly and concisely to non-technical clients. Organizational: Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to prioritize work. Strong follow-up and time-management skills. Behavioral: Proactive and self-motivated. Strong work ethic and a team-player attitude. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
