We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team, for our Captive UK process.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building strong customer relationships and driving business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain patient and persuasive.
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
