Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chinese Commis to join our team, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook Chinese dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and quality control.
