Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Udaipur for a Chinese Commis. The Chinese Commis will be responsible for the day-to-day food preparation and cooking tasks, ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, and assisting the head chef in developing new Chinese dishes. The role also involves maintaining food safety procedures and working collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless kitchen operation.

Qualifications

• Strong Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Excellent Hygiene and Food Safety knowledge
• Effective Communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Culinary Skills, particularly in Chinese cuisine
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are beneficial
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
