Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chinese Commi 1st to join our team in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality Chinese dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and quality control measures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or in a related field, with a strong understanding of culinary techniques and ingredients.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods, working in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and a willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
