Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to join our team as a Commi 1, with 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
  • Ensure all food meets quality control standards before serving.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine, including cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and adhere to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and the ability to use them safely and efficiently.
  • Adaptability to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
