Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Role Overview:

As CTO, you will be responsible for defining and executing Droidal’s technology vision and product strategy. You will lead the end-to-end development of our AI-powered SaaS platform and build scalable, enterprise-grade solutions tailored for the healthcare industry. You’ll work closely with the CEO and executive team to align the tech roadmap with the company's growth objectives and ensure Droidal remains a market leader in healthcare AI innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology & Product Vision:

  Define and communicate a clear and compelling long-term technology strategy that leverages AI, GenAI, and LLM capabilities to meet healthcare market needs.

• Leadership & Growth:

  Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing product, technology and engineering team. Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• AI Innovation:

  Lead the development and integration of advanced AI/GenAI/LLM models into the core product suite with a deep focus on performance, accuracy, and real-world impact.

• Scalability & Architecture:

  Oversee the design of scalable, secure, and resilient system architecture. Drive productization of AI models to ensure enterprise readiness.

• Collaboration:

  Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to translate user needs into technical solutions.

• Execution:

  Drive rapid product iteration and release cycles while maintaining quality and compliance in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

• Governance:

  Ensure robust data governance, security protocols, and compliance with healthcare standards such as HIPAA.

Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including at least 10+ years in a senior leadership capacity at a high-growth product-led organization.
• Proven experience in building and scaling enterprise SaaS platforms - ideally in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML, including Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, open-source), and end-to-end productization of AI features.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering products from 0 to 1, as well as scaling them across enterprise clients.
• Prior experience in a leading AI-first product company or top-tier tech firm is
