Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the full spectrum of our company’s operations. The ideal candidate will bring strategic and executional leadership across large-scale EPC projects and operations in the heavy manufacturing or processing sectors. This role is critical in driving organizational efficiency, project delivery excellence, and long-term business sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage operations across projects, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and site execution.

• Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of EPC projects while meeting quality and safety standards.

• Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and project control.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline project lifecycle from design to commissioning.

• Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with the CMD and Board of Directors on business strategy and long-term planning.

Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in EPC, heavy engineering, or process manufacturing industries (e.g., cement, steel, power, mineral processing).

• Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle industrial or infrastructure projects at scale.

• Strong background in project controls, operations, risk management, and commercial oversight.

• Proven leadership in managing large technical teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent strategic thinking, operational insight, and communication skills.
