Join Group Mukkadan as a Manager HR! Location: Kochi, Kerala, India Group Mukkadan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Manager HR. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our compensation & benefits strategy, driving HR generalist activities, and developing robust HR policies and processes. Key Responsibilities: Compensation & Benefits Management: Oversee the C&B structure, including salary reviews, incentive schemes, variable pay, and statutory benefits. Work closely with regional HR and business heads to manage the annual salary budgeting and planning process. Benchmark compensation plans against industry standards and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other statutory requirements. Manage employee insurance programs, wellness benefits, and retirement schemes. HR Generalist Activities: Build the management and leadership capability to create sustainable long-term value. Foster an inclusive culture aligned with business strategy. Monitor HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, etc.) and implement corrective action plans. Support leadership in strategic HR planning. Policy & Process Development: Modernize and automate HR systems, policies, process, and tools to deliver irresistible employee experience. Provide training to line managers on policy interpretation and employee handling. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality and integrity. Qualifications: Proven experience in HR management, with a strong focus on compensation & benefits, HR generalist activities, and policy development. In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Finance to lead and oversee all financial management, accounting, and budgeting activities at our Kochi office. The role involves managing a team of six finance and accounts professionals, ensuring robust financial governance, and providing strategic support to the Director Finance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, taxation, and compliance. Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of returns (Direct & Indirect Taxes, GST, etc.). Manage working capital, banking operations, and cash flow. Implement financial controls, processes, and systems to strengthen governance. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and internal audits. Mentor, guide, and lead the finance team towards achieving departmental goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, SCM, Logistics, Warehousing) to align financial strategies with business growth. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Full-time Post Graduation in Finance (MBA/M.Com/Equivalent) OR CA/CA Inter with relevant industrial experience. Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of progressive finance experience with at least 4–5 years in a managerial role in large or mid-sized companies, preferably in supply chain/logistics/warehousing sectors. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. Hands-on experience in budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership qualities with proven team management experience. A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
