Work closely with regional HR and business heads to manage the annual salary budgeting and planning process. Benchmark compensation plans against industry standards and recommend improvements. Ensure compliance with EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other statutory requirements. Manage employee insurance programs, wellness benefits, and retirement schemes. Monitor HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, etc.) and implement corrective action plans. Support leadership in strategic HR planning. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Finance to lead and oversee all financial management, accounting, and budgeting activities at our Kochi office. The role involves managing a team of six finance and accounts professionals, ensuring robust financial governance, and providing strategic support to the Director Finance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, taxation, and compliance. Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of returns (Direct & Indirect Taxes, GST, etc.). Manage working capital, banking operations, and cash flow. Implement financial controls, processes, and systems to strengthen governance. Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory and internal audits. Mentor, guide, and lead the finance team towards achieving departmental goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, SCM, Logistics, Warehousing) to align financial strategies with business growth. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Full-time Post Graduation in Finance (MBA/M.Com/Equivalent) OR CA/CA Inter with relevant industrial experience. Experience: Minimum 10–12 years of progressive finance experience with at least 4–5 years in a managerial role in large or mid-sized companies, preferably in supply chain/logistics/warehousing sectors.
