Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Business Growth & P&L Ownership

• Drive exponential growth in topline revenue through aggressive sales and market expansion.

• Own the end-to-end value chain: from land acquisition → project approvals → launches → sales → collection.

• Build strategies to maximize cash flow and profitability while reducing cost leakages.

Strategic Leadership

• Translate vision into actionable growth plans across functions.

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.

• Strengthen brand positioning in Bangalore and expand into new geographies.

Operational Efficiency

• Ensure open communication and alignment across sales, marketing, projects, finance, CRM, and legal teams.

• Build strong processes and performance dashboards to measure outcomes.

• Enhance speed-to-market for new launches by streamlining land-to-launch cycle.

People & Culture

• Lead and inspire senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Foster a culture of performance, ownership, and collaboration.

• Develop future leaders to strengthen organizational depth.

Stakeholder & Investor Management

• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, landowners, investors, and regulatory bodies.

• Ensure compliance, governance, and transparency in all business practices.

Strong track record in:

• Land acquisition & deal structuring

• Project launches & market strategy

• Driving sales & collections at scale

• Managing P&L with multi-hundred crore topline

• Deep understanding of the Bangalore real estate market.

• Strong network across investors, landowners, brokers, and government bodies.
