Role Overview We are looking for a strategic, hands-on and operationally-driven COO to lead day-to-day operations and scale our restaurant footprint across India. The COO will drive efficiency, profitability, and consistency while maintaining brand quality and customer satisfaction. This is a critical leadership position for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and has a proven track record in F&B or QSR operations. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee day-to-day operations across all current and future outlets. Drive SOP implementation for food prep, hygiene, staff protocols, and service delivery. Monitor KPIs (order volume, food cost, AOV, customer satisfaction) and implement data-backed improvements. Ensure consistent quality and customer experience across all outlets. Expansion & Growth Lead site selection, assist in vendor negotiations, and outlet setup for new locations. Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless launches. Optimize outlet launch timelines and cost structures. Team Management Hire, train, and mentor operations and outlet-level teams. Build a strong leadership pipeline for area/cluster managers. Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and create incentive systems. Process & Technology Enhance tech integration in inventory, billing, and CRM. Improve operational workflows through automation and digital tools. Oversee supply chain efficiency and reduce wastage through standardization. Financial Oversight Manage budgets, cost control, and P&L across outlets. Work with finance team to optimize profitability per outlet.
