El Mexicano is a rapidly growing Quick Service Mexican Kitchen redefining fast-casual dining in India. With 4 successful outlets in Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities and SOPs built for scalability, we're poised to become a national name in QSR. After achieving operational profitability, standardized supply chains, we're now ready to scale into 25+ cities. We’re inviting a strategic operator to join us as COO & Co-founder to drive this next phase of explosive growth.

- Core: Burrito bowls, tacos, quesadillas, and Mexican beverages

- Edge: Made-to-order, fresh & wholesome ingredients

- Formats: Dine-in + takeaway + delivery

- Supply Chain: Centralized recipes, standardized sourcing, controlled food cost 

- Target: Tech-savvy urban youth + health-conscious diners + food explorers

✅ The Right COO & Co-Founder:

- Operational Expertise: F&B, QSR, hospitality or retail chain management or Management Core

- Process Builder: Strong on systems, quality control, cost optimization

- Team Leader: Able to build and manage 100+ member teams at scale

- Founder Mentality: Hungry, resilient, and ready to take ownership

Strategic Execution

- Launch 20+ outlets across Tier 1 & Tier 2 cities in 24 months

- Lead hiring, training, and performance systems across regions

- Build data-driven dashboards to track operations, wastage, and costs

- Implement and enforce SOPs across supply chain, staffing, and service

Revenue & Growth

- Scale revenue 

- Improve food cost margin through sourcing efficiencies and bulk deals

- Optimize customer experience and repeat rate through operational excellence

- Ensure 100% standardization across formats (kiosk, dine-in, dark kitchens)
