Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  end-to-end execution

  of Infra projects and

  O&M services

  across multiple geographies
• Build a culture of

  execution excellence, project accountability, and operational discipline

• Own delivery timelines, contractor performance, and regulatory compliance

• Collaborate with procurement, finance, BD, and project monitoring teams for milestone alignment

• Review weekly dashboards and KPIs with CMD and leadership; identify bottlenecks and drive resolution

• Be a key interface with clients, PMCs, PSU partners, and regulatory agencies

What We’re Looking For

• 12–20 years of experience in Infra, CGD, EPC, solar, or utility-scale project management
• Proven ability to lead

  large teams

  , manage contractors/procurements, and deliver under pressure
• Exposure to

  PSU/Govt contracts, energy infra execution

  , and

  multi-city operations

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution control and process orientation

• Comfort with Hi-tech enabled environment and digital tools for project tracking, monitoring, reporting, and coordination to scale.
