Our guiding question: Why can’t a rickshaw driver's daughter land a job at Google? Unlike traditional skill-building NGOs, Nimaya is laser-focused on preparing women for the AI-powered digital economy —not just with skills, but with aspiration and identity. To date, Nimaya has empowered 3,900+ Nimaya Naaris across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Haryana through partnerships with UN Women, Mumbai Police, SEWA, FICCI-FLO , and more. Background Has a non-linear, cross-domain career journey (e.g. ad agency strategist turned non-profit program head). Is based in Mumbai and willing to travel to field locations. Is tech- and social-media-savvy. Your Core Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of Nimaya’s programs across geographies. Build and maintain relationships with funders, partners, and government bodies. Continuously enhance the curriculum and improve impact measurement frameworks. Forge partnerships with employers who can hire Nimaya learners. Establish knowledge collaborations with universities and ecosystem allies. Build and engage a thriving Nimaya alumni community.
