Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-obsessed Visualizer who can translate written content into strong visual narratives for training decks, learning material, and communication assets.

This role focuses on visual thinking, layout planning, and storytelling before and during design execution.

This is NOT an execution-only graphic design role.

The Visualizer will work closely with Graphic Designers and our Design Consultant to define visual direction, slide flow, and design intent across all deliverables.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys concept-building, structured visual storytelling, and owning the visual logic behind content-heavy decks.

Key Responsibilities

? Visual Storytelling & Concepting

? Convert content into clear visual narratives and slide-wise storytelling flows

? Define layout structure, hierarchy, and visual intent for large training decks (7080 slides)

? Create visual references, layout directions, and design cues for designers

? Ensure every slide has a clear visual purpose and message

? Design Direction & Collaboration

? Work closely with Graphic Designers to guide execution and maintain quality

? Collaborate with the Design Consultant on visual direction and refinements

? Review designs and provide clear, actionable feedback

? Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, colour, and visual hierarchy

? Motion & Interaction Thinking

? Conceptualise micro-animations, transitions, or motion ideas where required

? Coordinate with designers using tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or similar

? Ability to create visual directions using Canva, Figma, or similar tools

? Basic understanding of motion and animation workflows

? Ability to take content-heavy briefs and translate them into visual frameworks

? Comfortable working under tight timelines

Eligibility

? Degree/diploma in Design / Visual Communication (preferred)

? OR strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and deck visualisation (required)

? Availability for 25 hours/week

? Open to freshers, students, early-career designers, and freelancers via agencies

Contract Details

? Duration: 2 months (extendable by 1 month if required)

? Working Hours: Flexible but delivery-driven

? Location: Remote-friendly for most work
