Background
Minimum 1-4 years of experience
in the education sector, NGO, service industry, client servicing, CSR program management, operations, or field partnerships.- Passion for learning and helping others succeed,
with strong interest and experience in operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in
English
and Hindi
. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
with the ability to work collaboratively with learners, team members, and stakeholders.- Highly organized with
strong attention to detail; able to multitask, prioritize,
and manage multiple learner cohorts in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset
with the ability to make quick, independent decisions and proactively manage tasks.Flexible and adaptable
to changing program needs; open to occasional travel.- Proficient with
Google Suite
and other digital tools; experience with Canva
is a plus. - Based in
New Delhi
, with willingness to travel to field locations.
Your Core Responsibilities
Partnership Development:
Build and manage strategic partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and colleges. Lead partnership meetings with decision-makers to secure collaborations for Project Nimaya.Cohort Building & Management:
Design, build, and manage cohorts of ambitious young women from restrictive backgrounds to join training programs. Ensure their sustained engagement, progress, and success through proactive support and mentorship.Compliance Management:
Oversee and ensure that all on-ground compliance deliverables are met, with accurate and timely reporting.Program Visibility & Media Engagement: Spearhead collaboration with a documentary team to produce high-quality content that authentically captures the program’s impact and essence; Work with influencers and media personalities to create a buzz about the program;
Program Delivery:
Oversee high-quality program delivery, and ensure training content and facilitation meet learner needs and program goals.Stakeholder & Founder Collaboration:
Work closely with the founders for stakeholder engagement, donor relations, and strategic program discussions.Event & Activity Leadership:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of learner events, workshops, and community activities to enhance learning and networking opportunities.Program Evaluation & Improvement:
Oversee assessment of program effectiveness through learner feedback, testimonial collection, data tracking, and progress monitoring. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance impact.Data & Reporting:
Oversee accurate program databases, track learner performance metrics, and prepare reports for internal review and external stakeholders.Administrative & Operational Leadership:
Oversee daily program operations, oversee administrative processes, and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth execution of all program elements.Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
Take ownership of resolving operational and learner-related challenges quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to program delivery.
